Our approach to privacy
Pixuntra Labs, Inc. (“Pixuntra,” “we,” “us”) builds creative tools for brands, and we take the privacy of the people who use them seriously.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites, applications, and services (the “Service”).
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide — account details (name, email, company), payment information, support requests, and any content you upload or generate.
- Information we collect automatically — log data, device and browser information, IP address, and product analytics about how you use the Service.
- Information from third parties — single sign-on providers, payment processors, and integrations you choose to connect.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users, process payments, and provide support;
- Train and evaluate models that power features you use — never on your private Customer Content unless you opt in;
- Send transactional messages (account, billing, security) and, with your consent, product updates;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
AI models and your content
We do not train our shared models on your private Customer Content. When you upload brand assets, references, or briefs, that material is used only to operate the Service for you and your organization.
If you choose to fine-tune a private brand model, that model is scoped to your workspace and is not used to serve other customers.
How long we keep information
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer Content is retained according to your workspace settings; you can delete content at any time.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights in product settings or by writing to privacy@pixuntra.com.
You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by following the link in any such email.
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, regular security reviews, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication.
International transfers
Pixuntra operates globally. We may transfer, store, and process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
Pixuntra is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. The “Effective” date above reflects the most recent update.
