A small team that ships its own software.
Most agencies sell you time. We are trying to sell you outcomes — which is easier to mean sincerely when you also carry the cost of your own decisions.
We started Pixuntra after watching good projects fail for boring reasons.
Not because the technology was hard. Because the estimate was a guess dressed up as a commitment. Because the people in the sales call were never seen again. Because the handover was a zip file and a phone number that stopped answering.
So we built the company we wanted to hire. Scope written down before money changes hands. The engineers who scope the work are the ones who build it. Source code, cloud accounts and documentation transferred to you from day one, whether or not you stay.
Alongside client work we fund and build three products of our own — Job Hunter, Rupeely and Linqrova. They are not a side project. They are how we stay honest: when you have paid for your own architectural shortcuts, you estimate other people's differently.
Six commitments we can be held to.
Not values on a wall. Each one is something you could point at and say we failed to do.
Say the uncomfortable thing early
If the deadline is not real, the budget will not cover the scope, or the feature should not be built at all, you hear it in week one rather than week nine.
Estimate in writing
Scope, assumptions and price in a document. Where something is genuinely unknown we price the discovery separately instead of padding the whole number.
Show working software
A deployed environment at the end of every two-week increment. Progress you can click on beats progress you have to take on trust.
Leave the codebase better than the brief required
Tests, types and documentation are part of delivery, not an upsell. The next developer to open the repository might not be us.
Make performance and access non-negotiable
Speed, accessibility and security budgets are acceptance criteria agreed at the start — not a polish phase that gets cut when the timeline tightens.
Make leaving easy
Full handover, documentation and a walkthrough with every project. We would rather you stay because the work is good than because the exit is painful.
No account managers between you and the code.
We are deliberately small. That is a constraint on how much we take on, and the reason the quality holds.
- Team structure
- Senior engineers only
- Every person on your project has shipped and maintained production software. There is no junior bench being trained on your budget.
- Communication
- Direct, in your tools
- We work in your Slack, your tracker and your review process. Weekly written updates, plus a demo every two weeks.
- Capacity
- A few projects at a time
- We turn work down when we are full rather than accept it and stretch. If we cannot start when you need us, we will say so.
- Coverage
- India-based, globally engaged
- Clients across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and North America, with a written overlap window agreed before the project starts.
